1.提拉米苏面糊做法马斯卡彭芝士温室软化

2.把马斯卡彭芝士、牛奶20g隔水加热搅拌至无粒。

3.把牛奶、白糖20克、蛋黄搅拌均匀,直至糖溶化,加入马斯卡彭芝士面糊混合搅拌。

4.把吉利丁片用冰水泡软

5.泡软的吉利丁片加入面糊

7.把蛋清分3次加入20克白糖用电动打蛋器至湿性发泡
